Refectorio Restaurant, 1 Michelin star — located inside Abadia Retuerta LeDomaine, a 12 century abbey converted hotel. Superb setting in the former refectory for the monks made it an extra special experience. Tasting menu was well constructed and service was top notch. Favorite dish was the endive baked in clay skin, best endive I’ve ever had. •
