Torien 1st visit — the hottest yakitori restaurant in NYC by Torishiki Tokyo. Good yakitori experience outside of Japan, skewers were well grilled and seasoned, though the bite size was slightly too big in some dishes and there weren’t many rare cuts. Highlight was the white truffle chicken broth ramen, intense and satisfying. •
