Miyamasou 美山荘 1st visit — even more remote location than Hirasansou up in the mountains north of Kyoto. Almost identical ingredients as the day before at Hirasansou but completely different style, more rustic and down to earth. Koi sashimi was pure, fresh and crunchy; thanks to the clean mountain water they grow in. A beautiful place to visit and have a delicious meal. •
