Miyake Akira 三宅輝1st visit — ingredient focused Gifu style Kappo. Loved the hot pot suppon & shiitake chawanmushi. The original 130 year old unagi sauce was intense and complex. Chef Miyake san @akira_miyake_official is also a pottery expert and makes most of the dishes himself, which is part of the the dining experience. Good wine and sake selection too. •
