Matoi Zushi纏鮨 1st visit — loved the old school charm. Almost half of the meal was otsumami, which I enjoyed a lot. Nigiris were somewhat rustic but flavors were robust. This is how edomae sushi is supposed to be — so I was told. It definitely felt like stepping back in time watching the 70+ years old master working in front of you. •
