Fugu Fukuji ふぐ福治 1st visit — casual setting, friendly staff, great service. A simpler version of fugu course compared to Tokuyama but delicious and satisfying. Fugu shabu was cooked table side by staff, 4 different cuts followed by rice porridge. Gotta get as much fugu as I can when it’s in season! •
