Today Fish! Nice restaurant, overlooking the Albani Canal a few steps from the historic center of Fano. Mainly fish menu with some meat dishes. Modern and refined environment with white tablecloths; informal and very courteous friendly service and last but not least very comfortable chairs. Typical dishes of the Romagna Riviera with some slightly different recipes. I ate an amuse bouche of croutons with anchovies and tomatoes; a typical dish of Fano revisited, Ali di Razza with pepper cream, very good; wonderful Spaghetti Senatore Cappelli with cuttlefish ink with squid and tuna bottarga; I finished with the fried shrimp and squid, good, dry and lightly greasy. A "Moretta" coffee, a sort of Italian-style Irish coffee, accompanied by small pastries. All with an excellent Bianchello del Metauro and homemade bread. Less
