Unis 1st visit — ex-Sugalabo chef, beautiful interior featuring a large kitchen counter on center stage. Lighting, music and projected images change throughout the meal to enhance the experience. An interesting experience overall, great for special occasions but perhaps too much focus on the space instead of the food itself. Favorite dish was the hokkigai salad, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Wine list could use some improvement. •
