Another recommendation of mine while in Madrid is @taberna_laredo Taberna Laredo where you can enjoy a great casual meal of excellent quality ingredients simply but expertly prepared. We enjoyed mushrooms with egg, red prawns, artichoke omelette, tuna salad, rabbit cutlets and a local take on gazpacho. All delicious 😋 .
