The yakitori was left to the chef's selection, starting with the Omi Shamo chicken. The rich flavor of the Omi Shamo was impressive, and I enjoyed the distinct tastes of different cuts, including thigh and wing.The course also included skewers other than Shamo, allowing me to savor classic flavors like grilled thigh with marinade, tsukune (chicken meatballs), heart, negima (chicken and green onion), and seseri (neck meat). The fried zucchini and matsuba (pine needle) added a nice touch, keeping the meal exciting until the end.Personally, I really liked the Omi Shamo, so if you're visiting for that, it might be a good idea to order your favorite cuts a la carte. However, if it's your first time at the restaurant, I recommend starting with the course to experience the full range of what they offer.For the finale, I chose the chicken paitan ramen from a selection of options.
