At the end of a long week, @sushilab.nyc was the perfect treat! On the rooftop of @sanctuaryhotel, this rooftop offers views of midtown Manhattan paired with the some of the most creative omakase in the city! Sitting at the counter is the way to go, and we loved seeing the chefs making each of the pieces. We opted for the 15 piece Lab Experiment, which included some decadent pieces topped with Caviar, Uni, and Wagyu. It was so hard to pick favorites, but these five stole my heart (and the camera)!
