My spouse and I visited Sushi Minato during our trip to Hokkaido, after sightseeing in Furano from Asahikawa. The dishes showcased the best ways to enjoy fish, and everything was absolutely delicious. The hand-made soba to finish off the meal was exceptional as well. The next day, as we returned from Asahikawa Airport in the sweltering heat, I appreciated the refreshing atmosphere of Asahikawa even more!
