I arrived around 11 AM on a weekday and waited about 40 minutes. Even so, they ran out of food before noon, so I highly recommend arriving early. The moment I took a bite, I was amazed—I felt it surpassed any eel I had ever tasted before. The texture was fluffy, and the fat was perfectly balanced. No wonder it has a Tabelog rating over 4 and has won awards every year; it truly is a renowned establishment. Additionally, not only was the food excellent, but the staff's service was also very attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience.
