This is a restaurant I absolutely adore.The food is truly delicious, especially for this price.I was once again amazed by how great it is.Every dish we had left a lasting impression, starting with the jellyfish.Jellyfish usually has a crunchy texture, right?But the jellyfish here is a must-try dish.The smoked duck was delightful with its wonderful aroma ❤︎The soft-shell crab brought me pure joy as I bit into it (tears of happiness).The sweetfish with wasabi vinegar and baby corn was fantastic.I remember asking last year, "Why is the corn in the chawanmushi so delicious?" (laughs)The Unpairu was surprisingly delicious, showcasing a unique flavor.The shrimp mayo not only looked great but also had an amazing truffle aroma and taste.The braised chicken was excellent, but the richness of the mushrooms was truly outstanding.I also loved the fried flounder with plenty of condiments.The mapo eggplant with rice was quite spicy for me!And then onto the noodles and dessert.I always think that the desserts here are so delicious that they could easily be served as part of a plated dessert course.After enjoying all this, we spent JPY 15,000 plus tea (since I have an alcohol allergy) plus tax.I can only say it was amazing, and I feel a bit guilty for not having more words to express my gratitude.Thank you, Chef, for always serving such delicious dishes.It was a great meal.
