This being my first visit and with a reservation at a bar in Kagurazaka at 8 PM, I decided to go with the 5 Assorted Premium Skewers course.Every part was fresh and delicious, but I was completely blown away by the "Jou Shiro." It was nothing like any Shiro I had eaten before. Incredibly tender with a melt-in-your-mouth texture, it paired perfectly with the outstanding sauce! I enjoyed it so much that I couldn't help but order more.Then there was the stuffed green pepper, which is said to have originated from this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious as well.As a palate cleanser, I had pickled vegetables—cucumber, Japanese radish, and yam. They were delightful too.I was truly impressed! Next time, I want to indulge in the chef's omakase course at Tori Shige.It was a great meal! Less
