July 2, 2026 While New York was sweltering under a 100 F heatwave we were returning to perhaps our favorite destination in Belgium: @restaurantslagmolen. The meal is always the highlight of any trip with one of the most classic and consistent kitchens in Belgium 🇧🇪. As usual, the hospitality of the family is unparalleled.
