It’s about a 10-minute walk from Omotesando Station. The restaurant is divided into the second floor, basement level, and an annex. Today, I sat at the counter in the basement. What left a strong impression was their signature dish, the "Deer Blood Macaron." I was nervous about what it would taste and smell like, but all my worries were completely dispelled. It was a sweet and delicious macaron. This shocking first dish completely eliminated any preconceived notions or resistance I had towards game meat. The pie baked with three types of game meat and foie gras was also memorable, as the aroma that spread with each bite was very pleasant. In the latter part of the meal, - The sweetness of the 2-year-aged potatoes - The light and crispy texture of the financier were particularly memorable experiences for me.
