Super tasty French bistro food at @cafedesministeres.paris and definitely on the rich/heavy side 😅

The vol-au-vent was amazing: light, crisp, buttery puff pastry with veal sweetbreads, chicken, spinach and truffled jus. The chou de Pontoise farci had a great depth of flavour: stuffed Pontoise cabbage with a rich pork and Morteau sausage farce, braised until soft, topped with crème fraîche.
