I left Genesis House thinking about this meal for days. Every course felt purposeful, delicious, and beautifully executed. His cooking draws from Korean tradition while still feeling fresh and personal, never bound by expectations.
The setting makes the experience even better. Between the dining room, tea pavilion, and terrace overlooking the High Line and Hudson River, Genesis House feels removed from the pace of the city in the best possible way. It’s one of the first places I bring friends visiting from out of town.
Whether you’re stopping in for the tasting menu, lunch set, or à la carte offerings, it’s worth experiencing for yourself.
