I’ve been a fan of Chef Hoyoung’s cooking for a while now, going back to when he first opened JUA. So when Moono launched their new brunch, I had to be there.
The Brunch Hansang is $45 per person and starts with a spread of Korean small bites before you move into your main. The Hwangtae Guksu and Hoe-deopbap were the standouts for me, but honestly everything was delicious.
Do yourself a favor and order the chicken wings on the side. They are some of the best in the city!
Moono is already one of my favorite restaurants and this brunch only makes me want to come more often.
