Throwing it back to one of my favorite meals from last year. @rolosnyc in Ridgewood, Queens is the kind of place that sticks with you long after the meal is over.
It’s a casual neighborhood wood-fired bar and grill focused on simple, seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking. The kind of place that feels lived-in and welcoming the moment you walk in. We came out as a group of friends who love to eat, and it was one of those evenings that just felt easy and fun from start to finish.
The food was excellent, the service was warm, and the double cheeseburger alone is worth the trip out to Ridgewood. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
