It’s takeout-only, and even if you time it perfectly, you’re looking at 5–10 minutes in the box just getting from the shop to anywhere you can eat it (like your car). The best workaround is bringing it next door to the brewery and eating it there right away—though that’s a lot more viable in summer than winter. I tried to give it a fair shot by reheating on a fully preheated stone at 500°F and reassessing. Also, their timing runs early—my order came out about 10 minutes ahead of schedule—so plan to arrive before your pickup time.
