An awesome team dinner at Takibi Tagon Muyou (焚火他言無用), the pinnacle restaurant of the members-only Shin Shin Kiei (新進気鋭) group...it was a pleasure to try the extremely rare Murasawa beef for the first time, known as a “phantom” wagyu brand as it only ships 80 wagyu annually.
