One thing you MUST order that I did not on this day is a side of gyoza. Each restaurant Maggie’s then their own way, and are a quintessential dish at any machichuka.
The ramen is always pretty simple and traditional, but also styled as the shop likes it.
I love machichuka and need to visit more in 2026.
