July 5, 2025 Twenty One years ago, Michelin bestowed ⭐️⭐️⭐️ upon @christianbau, who was then the youngest German Chef to ever receive that honor. Fast forward to today where he has become the dean of the modern German kitchen, retaining his 3 stars and recently honored with the prestigious Michelin Mentor Award.
