Nigiri of top-tier quality with an excellent shari, perfectly seasoned and balanced. Sakai-san continues to offer a classic Edomae experience that rivals the very best sushi restaurants in Japan.
An outstanding meal, among the strongest this year. The 2025 visits in particular show remarkable precision, depth, and consistency — a master fully at ease with his craft.
