Celebrated a friend's birthday with an indulgent lunch at @sachetdallas. My favorite dishes were the grilled branzino with a lovely white bean salad, and the over-the-top indulgence of the porchetta melt sandwich. Plus, perfect fries. I don't think anyone at the office noticed I was gone for the rest of the afternoon...
