I grew up eating this kind of food and I really appreciate how it was elevated and adapted.

The oxtail was soft and full of flavor and the contrast with this hot honey was perfect.

My only suggestion is to keep track of changing the oil in the frier periodically. When offering a menu with several deep fried options this is key.
The plantain base for the pizza is fried and I got a slight aftertaste from the oil.

These guys aren’t afraid to bring the flavor and I love that!
