I like the concept of a Latin Steakhouse. I encounter them more and more due to the abundance of Latinos in Central Florida.

I love myself a peppercorn sauce and I didn’t expect to see it here and honestly, when I ordered it I wasn’t expecting much.

To my surprise it was magnificent and without it, it would have been just another steak.

The sauce honored its roots and it also packed an extra punch of Spanish character, which I very much enjoyed!

In conclusion: I WANT MORE SAUCE!
