If you want to have creative, fun and upscale food in Orlando, I highly recommend CÍTRICOS at The Grand Floridian Resort on Disney property.

The food is close to impeccable!

I was astonished by the tenderness of the pork and the funky chic essence of the cabbage marinated in huitlacoche.

Each of them could stand on their own, but together they were majestic!

The dish could have been absolutely flawless if the outer skin would have been crunchier… close to perfection is still pretty amazing!
