I visited Seizan again after a year, and I was once again reminded of what a wonderful restaurant it is. The course meal, featuring seasonal ingredients, showcased the charm of each ingredient to its fullest, with delicate flavors and beautiful presentations that left me in awe. Every dish highlighted the umami of the dashi, allowing me to truly appreciate the depth of Japanese cuisine. The soups and grilled dishes were particularly impressive, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship in each item. The restaurant's interior remains a calm and elegant space, providing a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a leisurely meal. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, offering detailed explanations of the dishes and thoughtful care throughout my visit, making for a pleasant experience. Just like my previous visit, this time exceeded my expectations, leaving me completely satisfied. I look forward to returning in a different season to experience the charm of this renowned Japanese restaurant once again.
