Our favorite ramen spot on Long Island for the past couple years has been @youtaramen! Their signature tonkotsu is rich and full of flavor. Love their spicy tonkotsu as well. Nicky loves their Mentaiko fries and karaage! They are super kid friendly as well, providing kiddie bowls, spoons, and chopsticks. What is your favorite ramen spot on LI?

Can’t go wrong when you pair a couple of sushi rolls with a Highball! Head to @nomiyaizakaya after a day of shopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall, for their Pacific Roll, which is topped with A5 Wagyu! Love that this spot has a full bar of options including Japanese Highballs. We ordered flight to try them all!

Over the weekend we visited @sammys_fishbox located in City Island to celebrate our father’s 75th birthday! We used to come to this restaurant more often but haven’t been back here in many years. They are known for their large seafood portions and decorative interior. Happy to say things have not changed much over the years.

Our delicious meal including their fried and broiled seafood combos as well as their Chicago ribeye. We wanted to order a paella but did not see it on the menu. 😢
