Opened in winter 2023, Jigen Do is run by a chef who trained at renowned establishments such as "Koju" in Ginza, "Kimoto" in Kobe's Motomachi, and "Ao" in Nishiazabu.The interior features counter seating, allowing diners to enjoy the live cooking experience with dishes prepared over a wood fire.The signature dish, stir-fried water spinach, was not only aromatic but also incredibly delicious.It was a great meal.
