Every year, I look forward to visiting Esaki during this season. This year, the lineup included Ayu (sweetfish) soup and an appetizer of sea urchin and corn, following the classic flow.What stood out this time was the size of the Ise lobster. It was served with a white sauce made from rice and cauliflower, and the portion of the lobster was simply enormous! I was completely full.To finish, there was a dessert made with the Yamanashi-exclusive peach variety "Yume Mizuki," topped with milk pudding and syrup, which was very satisfying.Since I come here primarily for the Ayu soup, I was very pleased with this experience. I look forward to next year!
