I don’t dine out on New Years Eve, but the night before is a perfect time to go to Gary Danko. There are so many classics, I never know what to order (3 courses are $130): buckwheat bilini with smoked salmon and caviar, lobster salad, glazed oysters with caviar, steak tartare, pork tenderloin, roast lobster with chanterelles, and chocolate soufflé for dessert.
