Generally, I'm not drawn to brunch, but the fixed-price menu ($45) at Abaca will lure me in again and again. The first course is a selection of appetizers including lumpia, oysters and empanadas. Main courses include rice porridge with pork belly, crêpes, and chicken with garlic rice topped with sunny side up eggs. If you're not already full, desserts are first rate: coconut tart and ube milk bun.
