Inspired by Dior dresses, three Michelin starred chef Dominique Crenn, uses her artistry to create the menu at the newly opened Monsieur Dior restaurant in Beverly Hills. Tuna tartare is topped with purple yams and she has created equally stunning garnishes for agnolotti, beef tartare, and abalone. The flavors are as beautifully conceived as the presentations.
