It’s quite a mysterious experience.The chashu and the shredded beef stir-fry were absolutely divine. The steamed sweet sea bream was incredibly delicious. The fried rice risotto style with shark fin and abalone was a flavor explosion—truly amazing. The chilled dan dan noodles weren’t as spicy as they looked, but the umami was extraordinary.A common trait of wonderful restaurants is the acceleration and excitement in the second half of the meal, which was exceptional here.I enjoyed it thoroughly even without alcohol.I left feeling satisfied and full.It was a great meal.
