I visited the renowned Kushi Katsu A-bon, known for its difficulty in making reservations.I am truly grateful to the person who secured a table for me, as it was a rare opportunity to fulfill my long-held desire to dine here.The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, providing a pleasant space to savor each skewer slowly. The kushi katsu served as part of the omakase was remarkably light, with a perfect frying technique that enhanced the flavors of the ingredients, allowing me to enjoy it without feeling weighed down until the very end.The additional kushi katsu with beef and Camembert cheese was also impressive. The beef had a rich umami flavor, while the Camembert cheese melted beautifully, offering a decadent taste that made it a great choice to add.And the ice cream to finish was exquisite. It was a satisfying dessert that perfectly complemented the kushi katsu experience.The delightful dishes and the comfortable atmosphere truly justify the difficulty in securing a reservation. I’m not sure when I will have the chance to visit again, but I definitely want to return to this remarkable restaurant.Once again, I sincerely thank the person who arranged this precious table for me.
