Lush plants, ceiling vines, and four large olive trees make it easy to forget you’re on the third floor of a Chicago Fulton Market District building. The rooftop patio is an oasis with plenty of couch seating.
The food is described as California-inspired Mediterranean. There are no less than six varieties of hummus on Aba’s menu. The seafood and meat plates list ingredients like tahini and harissa, and you will see olive oil listed multiple times on the menu. There is a falafel dish, shawarma, several types of kebabs and an everything bagel.
The easy-to-navigate menu and airy, open space makes Aba an easy spot to socialize, share plates and people-watch.
