Only for the dedicated chicken enthusiasts. Located in the middle of a mountain (literally) in Kumamoto, with car being the only mode of feasible transport. The place is owned by a family that runs a... chicken farm, so these little birds are as fresh as you can get. 40 birds were sacrificed today for our happiness. Lots of rare parts, but additional effort is required to obtain the best bits by showing up earlyyyyy. Not for the faint of heart.
