Arguably the best place for crab and definitely the best for Echizen crab (male snow crab) as they are caught near the coast where this restaurant is... a bit of a journey to get here, but the lineup of rare Kokuryu sakes makes the trip extra worthwhile. Crab is only boiled here to preserve the true taste as much as possible.
