Since visiting Koks in the Faroe Islands a few years earlier, it is hard not to be super excited with this temporary restaurant up in Ilimanaq, Greenland. Despite the extensive time it took to get there, the entire experience was exceptional in many ways. Fully utilising products found locally, the dishes were a reminder of the meal from Faroe Islands (minus the puffin). Combine that, with stunning views, outstanding service and contemplations of the journey taken to get here made this unforgettable. Wish I could go again, but I can't deal with the massive mosquitos 🤣🤣 (which we did not eat)
