While I think everything was delicious overall, I felt that the level of excitement for the same price was a bit lower compared to Italian or French cuisine. However, it might be because I'm not very accustomed to Chinese course meals, so I might consider coming back after getting more familiar with them.What I particularly enjoyed were the grilled shark fin and the fish dishes. The use of chili oil for seasoning was quite interesting, and pairing those flavors with dumplings and noodles was both fun and delicious.
