Blackberry Farm is one of the gastronomic destination restaurants in the US and winner of two James Beard Awards. Sitting on 4,200 acres of working farmland, most of the ingredients are sourced locally and grown right on the property. The kitchen is led by Cassidee Dabney and the meal is often described as Foothills Cuisine - refined and rugged with foods indigenous to Blackberry's Smoky Mountain heritage. The entire meal is served inside of a barn. Hoping to return one day to stay overnight at this Relais & Chateaux property and soak in the whole experience.
