After having lunch at Paul Bocuse's restaurant, we drove an hour north to the town of Vonnas. We decided to stay in the village of Georges Blanc Parc & Spa, where we had dinner at the 3* restaurant and enjoyed the awesome pool. This is another classical family-run restaurant that has held 3 Michelin Stars since 1981. We didn't go with the tasting menu, but instead ordered a la carte. The famous and iconic dish here is the Bresse chicken, which was simply divine.
