Room4Dessert Ubud is a dessert and cocktail bar led by Will Goldfarb, who trained at elBulli and had his own spot in NYC (SoHo dessert bar, the original Room 4 Dessert) that earned him a James Beard Foundation award nomination for Best Pastry Chef in America. We really enjoyed this place; the crowd is a mix locals, tourists, and digital nomads. Make sure to leave room for this spot in your itinerary when visiting Bali!
