Group dinner at Hartwood, a restaurant located on a jungle road along the Caribbean Sea in Tulum. With 18 people, we were able to order the entire menu 3x and have a big feast. All the cooking is done by open fire within their handmade wood burning oven and grill. The dishes change daily based on what they're able to harvest. Every single ingredient is deeply rooted within Mundo Maya. All fish are properly spear hunted within the Caribbean.
