The specialty here is the Doniku Taiwanese Mazesoba - topped with raw egg yolk, spicy minced pork and beef, spring onions, nori, powdered dried fish, and chopped raw garlic on the side. You mix everything up in your bowl and then slurp it all down. Tasty! ?
