Ishigaki Yoshida’s (石垣吉田) specialty is Kitauchi Premium Beef that comes from the farm on Ishigaki island in Okinawa. This beef has a lineage that can be traced back to Kobe beef, and is raised in Ishigaki for over 1200 days with great care. ?
And once again, we were blown away by the Ishigaki beef curry rice. Still the best beef curry rice we've ever had and easily one of our favorites of all time. It was accompanied with a black wagyu sandwich, which was also very delicious.
